The Beloomut Museum was opened in 2017 as a department of the Lukhovitsy Historical and Art Museum.Now residents of Lukhovichi and tourists from other cities will be able to get acquainted with the life of the inhabitants of Beloomut.

The museum is located in an old brick building from the middle of the 19th century. The museum's exposition is located in four halls. In two halls of the museum there are expositions related to local history, dedicated to local crafts and famous people of the village of Beloomut. Russian Russian scientist, critic, philosopher, journalist, founder of local history N.I. Nadezhdin's office can be seen here, as well as an exhibition about the Russian poet, publicist N.P. Ogarev, who freed the Beloomut peasants from serfdom in 1846. This room tells about tailoring and carpentry, bee-keeping in the forests of Beloomut. Two halls are exhibition halls. There is a permanent exhibition of the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Viktor Petrov in one hall. In another hall, the works of artists who took part in the plein-airs organized in the Trans-Arctic Region are presented.

The Dedinovsky Museum

The Dedinovsky Museum is dedicated to the history of the famous village, the center of shipbuilding under Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich. The exhibition features 17th—century artifacts, ship models, household items, archival documents and photos. A special place is occupied by the history of the first Russian merchant ship "Eagle", built here in 1668.

Rybatskaya Sloboda Museum in Lovtsy village

"Rybatskaya Sloboda" is the name of the museum in the village of Lovtsy, consonant with the name of the place of resettlement of the "royal fish fishermen" from the banks of the Oka River on the outskirts of St. Petersburg.
